Storage periods: until the data subject requests erasure of the data.
Nature of the provision: necessary to achieve the purposes indicated. Non-provision will make it impossible to render the service.
- Registration with the website:
Registration with the website entails the creation of an account (to which a user name and password chosen by the user is associated) linked to the user’s email address.
Type of data processed: personal contact data
Purpose: creation of a personal account to facilitate use of the services offered by the Controller through the website and access to the on-line portal.
Legal basis: article 6 letter b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Nature of the provision: the provision of the data is necessary for the purpose of correctly registering the data subject’s account.
